We aim to deliver all our orders within 14 working days - However if there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances we will inform our customers about the expected delivery time.

All deliveries are directly booked/ arranged by our logistic services 2-3 days prior to actual delivery. Plus the driver always call 1 hr before arrival.

Our all products are delivered to your door step FREE of charge but Area Surcharge will be applicable on FURNITURE items for few areas. For more details please see Delivery Information page.

Refunds issued by SuperStore123 return in different ways, depending upon the Payment Method used for the original transaction: 1. If the you used your PayPal balance or bank account, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account balance 2. If the you used your credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to your card. This may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement 3. For payments funded partially by credit or debit card and partially by balance, SuperStore123 refunds the card portion back to the card and the remainder to your PayPal balance 4. The refund will be credited to the you in the currency of the original payment, using the same conversion rate used for the original payment

There are a couple of reasons why a refund issued by a SuperStore123 might appear as Pending: 1. SuperStore123 sent the refund to an email address which has yet to be confirmed. The payment cannot clear until that email address is confirmed on your PayPal account. 2. SuperStore123 issues a refund which requires funds transfer to a financial institution this can result in a slight delay

Refunds to your card can take up to 30 days depending on the issuing bank. When a refund or partial refund is made, when a payment is cancelled or when a payment is reversed or denied, the funding source of the original payment determines how the refund is credited. 1.
